Senator Marco Rubio, the Trump administration representative to the Middle East, made it very clear, that the current weakness of Iran can provide the needed leverage to achieve an agreement that will bring peace to the Middle East. Rubio made it also clear, what cannot be allowed: a nuclear-armed Iran, an Iran with resources to fund terrorism, and an Iran with military capabilities to threaten and destabilize its neighbors.
