The Islamic Republic’s security forces have arrested Hamid Enayati, the head of the Paveh Mountaineering Federation, along with his brother, Farid.
The brothers were detained on November 14 during an Intelligence Office raid on their home in western Kermanshah.
Hamid Enayati, 45, and Farid Enayati, 37, were transferred to an undisclosed location following their arrest.
Twelve days after their detention, no official information has been released about their condition or the reasons for their arrest.
Farid Enayati had previously been arrested during the Woman, Life, Freedom movement and was temporarily released on bail, according to the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights.
No official charges or explanations have been provided for the arrests.
