Iranian Resistance, which exposed the so-called Islamic Center of Hamburg four decades ago, demands the closure of all these facilities and the expulsion of all agents of MOIS, IRGC, Quds Force, and “Islamic Culture and Communications Organization”
The German Interior Ministry announced today that it is investigating and searching the “Islamic Center of Hamburg” and 54 other locations in seven German states.
The National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) insists that this facility and similar facilities of the Iranian regime should have been closed much sooner, to prevent many terrorist acts. This center is directly funded and directed by the Iranian regime and the office of Khamenei and has been very active in threatening and spying on the regime’s opponents.
Documents and notebooks seized from the terrorist diplomat Assadollah Assadi, who was arrested by German security forces in July 2018, revealed that the so-called Islamic Center of Hamburg was one of his communication hubs and meeting places with agents and mercenaries of the Iranian regime. Only one of these notebooks contained 289 contacts and addresses, 144 of which were related to Germany.
The terrorist diplomat was a senior intelligence agent of the Iranian regime who, under the guise of the third counselor to the Iranian embassy in Vienna, directed a network of the regime’s spies in Europe. Assadi was sentenced to 20 years in prison (equivalent to life imprisonment in Belgium) for his attempt to bomb a large gathering of the Iranian Resistance in Paris.
The NCRI’s representation in Germany once again emphasizes the need to ban all espionage, fundamentalist, and terrorist institutions of the Iranian regime in Germany, and demands the closure of all these facilities and the expulsion of all MOIS, IRGC, Quds Force, and “Islamic Culture and Communications Organization” agents.
Former Iranian foreign minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said bluntly that the regime’s foreign ministry was established from the outset with a security objective and structure.
The embassies and representations of the mullahs’ regime and all centers and facilities of the Iranian regime under the guise of religious and cultural activities have no mission other than espionage and terrorist activities in Germany and other European countries and must be closed. This is essential for maintaining security in Europe, especially the protection and security of Iranian refugees.
