FITCO is Iranian entity involved in purchasing equipment and materials which have direct applications in the Iranian nuclear program. FITCO is working with foreign partners/supplers.

– OFAC designated Esfahan’s Mobarakeh Steel Company pursuant to E.O. 13224 for assisting, sponsoring, or providing financial, material, or technological support for, or financial or other services to or in support of, Mehr Eqtesad Iranian Investment Company;
2. National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC)
– Iranian government energy company overseen by Iran’s Ministry of Petroleum; has provided support to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC); has awarded contracts to Khatam Al-Anbia, a construction and development wing of the IRGC;
3. Khouzestan Steel Company
– According to the official website of ASCOTEC, KSC – Khouzestan Steel Company is official business partner with ASCOTEC. KSC – Khouzestan Steel Company is Iranian entity; The ASCOTEC [established in 1990] is owned by the Iranian regime and is subordinate to the Iranian Ministry of Industries and Mines (IMIDRO);
4. Gol-e-gohar Mining & Industrail Company
5. Zaran Iranian Steel Company
FITCO is listed by the European Union on December 1, 2011 as an entity linked to Iran’s proliferation-sensitive nuclear activities or Iran’s development of nuclear weapon delivery systems; with some exceptions, European Union member states must freeze all funds and economic resources owned, held or controlled by the listed entity, and prevent funds or economic resources from being made available to it.
