Hasib Muhammad Hadwan, also known as Hajj Zayn, is a senior official in Hizballah’s General Secretariat. He is subordinate to Hizballah’s Secretary General, Hassan Nasrallah, and is responsible for raising funds from donors and businessmen outside Lebanon;
