We have obtained evidence that Greek ship owners are being paid off privately by the Iranians through the Iraqi oil ministry for their special assistance in mixing and shipping Iranian crude to ports worldwide.
The payments are being deposited to the Greeks family’s accounts in offshore banks.
Furthermore, we have learned, significant amounts of money are shifted directly to the Iraqi oil minister, Thamir Ghadhban, who is pro-Iranian and made a few statements lately against the American sanctions over Iran. He authorizes the whole scheme. His money is integrated into Nuri al Maliki’s financial fraud land structure in the middle east.
In this respect the Iraqi oil ministry and minister instructed its industry representatives and oil companies, to conduct the Iraqi part of the scheme by delivering the Iraqi Basra heavy crude to the blending tanker and by handling the relations with the Greeks.
The Greeks are using also UAE companies to manage the Iranian crude feeding tankers.
The main Greek player is Evalend Group of Companies owned by the Greek billionaire Kriton Lendoudis which, among others, own the VLCC crude oil tanker – NAJAF (9197909).
NAJAF is taking a major role in supporting Iran oil mixing of 2/3 “Iran light” with 1/3 “Basra heavy” which assist Iranian global oil smuggle.
Najaf has been anchoring at the same spot, off Basra oil terminal for the last 8 months as a “floating mixer”, allowing it to offload crude from several tankers – Iraqi heavy crude is delivered by small tankers of approximately 13K tons, while the Iranian light crude is being delivered by larger tankers of approximately 45K tons.
Following the delivery, the Mix is completed on board NAJAF and then uploaded STS to Suezmax tankers on the way to worldwide destinations.
An example:
As of 12 August NAJAF, offloaded Iranian and Iraqi Basra heavy crude from the following tankers:
ARSOS M (9313761) – 45K tones – Iranian light, owner: Galaxy Maritime Ent. (Greece)
STAR I (9127693) – 46K tones – Iranian light, owner: Ocean petroleum FZCO (UAE)
ALFORAT (9435428) – 13K tones – Basra heavy, owner: Iraqi Oil Tankers Co. (Iraq)

SHATT AL ARAB (9322140) – 13K tones – Iraqi Basra heavy, owner: Iraqi Oil Tankers Co. (Iraq)
Altogether the NAJAF uploaded 91K tones of Iranian light and 39K tones of Basra heavy altogether equals 130K tones.
On 16 -17 August, NAJAF offloaded oil (mix) into “Istanbul” oil tanker (9593012) 150K tones which was later on delivered to Singapore.
As of 18 August, the following tankers offloaded oil into the NAJAF (9197909):

On August 28 NAJAF offloaded 1 Million barrels of mixed crude oil composed of 185K tones of Iranian light crude and 65K tones of Basra heavy crude to DESH MAHIMA (9467744), a Suezmax owned by Indian government.
Currently the NAJAF is offloading to the suezmax SIGNAL PUMA (9293002). Ready to continue its operation to deliver sanctioned Iranian crude oil to global clients.
The activity described is going on and on as a win-win deal for all sides, without any interference.
