Director of Tanzania Trade Development Latifa Khamis held talks with the Iranian Embassy official, Hussein Alvandi Behineh, on the prospects of boosting business relations between the two countries.
The discussions were held at the embassy in Dar-es Salaam in which the key agenda of the meeting focused on investment in various sectors, including health, education and technology, IPP Media reported on Saturday.
The discussion also delved into Iran’s participation in the 47th Dar-es Salaam International Trade Fair, also known as SabaSaba, which will provide an opportunity for Tanzanian and Iranian traders to meet and exchange ideas.
