Arya Niroo Nik is a shell company used by Fulmen for some of its operations, according to the European Union; Fulmen is involved in procurement for Iran’s uranium enrichment facilities. Fulmen participated in the construction of the Natanz Uranium Enrichment Plant in cooperation with Kalaye Electric. Fulmen is added to the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list maintained by the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) on November 21, 2011, freezing its assets under U.S. jurisdiction and prohibiting transactions with U.S. parties, pursuant to Executive Order 13382;
