In comments on Saturday, Ziad al-Nakhala highlighted the major qualitative progress in the missile capabilities of the Palestinian resistance forces.
“Gaza can take pride in owning thousands of missiles that could destroy all Israeli cities,” he added.
Nakhala also paid tribute to late Iranian commander Lt. General Qassem Soleimani for his leading role in strengthening the anti-Israeli resistance in Palestine.
He said the highly-revered Iranian commander helped the Palestinian forces that were mere military underground groups to morph into a powerful army equipped with various weapons and capabilities.
Last month, a spokesman for the Islamic Jihad rejected the so-called deal of the century as a nonstarter, saying the Zionist regime is nearing defeat and downfall.
In an interview with Tasnim, Musab al-Breim said the movement is strictly opposed to the deal of the century on the basis of resistance, saying the Zionist regime is driving the US into downfall and moral collapse.

Following Trump’s announcement, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said “a thousand no’s to the plan.
