Abdolreza Abedzadeh (Abedzadeh) is the newly appointed Commander of the U.S.-designated Khatam ol Anbia Gharargah Sazandegi Nooh (Khatam al-Anbiya Construction Headquarters), an IRGC-controlled construction conglomerate that undertakes multi-billion-dollar projects in the oil, petrochemical, and various infrastructure sectors, generating revenue for the IRGC and expanding its control across multiple industries.

Designated by the Canadian government in July 2010 as an entity contributing to Iran’s proliferation-sensitive nuclear activities or to its development of chemical, biological, or nuclear weapons or their delivery systems; designation prohibits Canadian parties from providing goods or financial services to the entity or dealing in property held by the entity; reportedly a brigadier general in the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and deputy director of Khatam-al-Anbia (Khatam ol Anbia Gharargah Sazandegi Nooh), which is owned or controlled by the IRGC.
