As Tasnim News Agency affiliated with IRGC reported, Abdolreza Fouladvand said:”since the high school buildings of Tehran Province are old, more than 30% of them require demolition and reconstruction. One of the major problems of the Ministry of Education is that there are old buildings and educational facilities in the cities of Tehran Province. The Ministry of Education alone is not able to repair them since the current amount of budgets and credits are not sufficient.”
Abdolreza Fouladvand stressed that building new educational spaces is not proportional to the population and the schools face the high density of students since the population is growing rapidly.41% of schools are working in 2 shifts in Tehran Province.
