In no circumstances, Buyers should not use the Swift payment system and the remittance should be conducted only through domestic and NRA accounts buyers are only able to transfer internally between Local accounts or transfer between No-Resident Accounts (NRA).
For foreign companies that have opened account in the china’s banks, when they want to transferred fund in Domestic or NRA account, they should be have a legal address in china and they should not use the swift payment system for the remittance

The sanctions have targeted 13 companies in a wide range of countries, including China and the United Arab Emirates.
The website of the US Treasury wrote on November 26: The Treasury is targeting the network supporting Iran’s petrochemical and oil sales.
Washington – Today, the US Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctioned 13 companies in multiple jurisdictions that sold hundreds of millions of dollars of Iranian petrochemicals and oil products to buyers in East Asia on behalf of the petrochemical brokers of the Persian Gulf Petrochemical Trading Company.
